Guest network accounts will be required for presenters at your event who are external to Humber. NB. Other external attendees who are not presenting will be given access to guest wifi.
Please note, events at Humber Downtown are self-serve so we ask that the event host/contact bring adequate support as well as maintain oversight over all event logistics.
The event contact/host is required to be on site for the duration of the event.
Humber Downtown is designed to offer flexible re-configurable spaces. As such, we encourage you to re-arrange the furniture to suit your event needs.
Please note Humber Downtown is a self-serve campus and the event host is responsible for set up and take down of events. We recommend you take a photo of the room before re-arranging it so that it can be reset correctly after the event. Kindly also ensure all garbage is disposed of in the garbage bins and recycling is appropriately sorted in the tri-sorter recycling receptacles.
